"Chris was extremely helpful by lending me a temporary car when my previous car was not safe to drive. He made the entire frustrating process of being without a car much more tolerable situation. I was able to keep up with my Graduate school classes and nannying responsiblities without any interruption. He had the people in the service dept. assess the damage to my previous car in a timely fashion, and helped me figure out which new toyota I was truly interested in leasing. (Created a verbal pro- and con- list with me).He walked me through the financial aspect of the whole process, was extremely courteous to my father (the co-signer), and my mother when they were there the day of acquiring the new rav4. The whole process was handled smoothly by Chris. Chris explained everything during each step along the way, and fielded any and all questions I had (there were quite a few!) I appreciate his professionalism and his approachability. He made me feel very in charge of my decisions, even though I was co-signing with my folks, he made me feel empowered, too. I felt very content with Chris being in charge of the whole process. I am very glad to have met him at Don Wood. And I will definitely keep working with him for any of my future vehicle needs. " Although my last name is Wood, I have absolutely no relationship to this dealership. I have purchased 2 new Toyotas at Don Wood in Athens and am now working on buying my third. I feel you cannot go wrong with Don Wood of Athens. The buying and service experience has always been outstanding and hassle free. I have always dealt with Chris Simms who I highly recommend as an outstanding salesperson, but I am always greeted and treated very well by the others of this excellent sales and service staff.
